By using the Adyar Star Aayush application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2The service
The app helps salon and spa businesses manage appointments, billing, payments, staff, services, packages, and attendance. Features may change or be updated over time.
3Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Accounts are provisioned by your business administrator and must reflect accurate information.
4Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5Payments & GST
Billing, payment records, and GST handled through the app are the responsibility of the business operating the account. We provide tools to record these; we are not a party to the underlying transactions.
6Data
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data, including attendance and face-verification data.
7Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control may cause downtime.
8Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. The service is provided “as is”.
9Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.
10Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
